Chapbook Repository

Chapbook Repository is my small, stubborn corner of the literary world. I make and collect chapbooks—poetry, short stories, fragments, whatever fits between two folded sheets. Every copy is printed, bound, and packed by hand. No algorithms, no committees, no market talk. Just words, paper, and the will to make something real. Some books are mine, some are from friends and other writers who work the same way: quietly, fiercely, DIY.

Our Manifesto

  • We want to recapture the physical world

  • We believe in paper. In folding, stapling, and smudging ink. In small books that carry big intent.

  • We publish chapbooks because they are fast, cheap, and real — the opposite of what the literary industry has become.

  • We don’t chase trends, followers, or funding. Edges are for scraping.

  • We take risks. We print what moves us. We make things by hand.

  • Every chapbook here exists because someone cared enough to make it exist.

  • This is not self-publishing. It’s not print-on-demand. It’s a small, stubborn act of literature.
